DELIVERY/RETURNS
My current turn around is 1-2 weeks depending on the type of order.
• When will I receive my wax?
Depending on how many orders or the type of order, I am hoping to have any orders out within the first week of purchase. If you do not receive your order within 10-21 days of shipment (up to 40 days for international), please email me.
  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do! All international mail is sent via Royal Mail or larger orders via Hermes/UPS. I am not responsible for custom or tax charges.

  • Do you accept returns?

My cancellation period is 7 days. I will not accept returns or refund on snapped/broken/used wax. If you wish to return you must return any of my items to me in the exact condition in which they were sent. Refunds may be given in certain circumstances which can be discussed upon contact.

  • My order was refunded, why was this?

Your order could be refunded for any reason. It could be due to choosing the wrong shipping option, a admin error or incorrect information provided. Always make sure to include contact details you would check incase I contact you for this reason. Always read my shipping policy before ordering. 

  • I wish to receive a receipt, what do I do?

Please leave a note at checkout (or contact me via email) for an invoice receipt which can be sent via email or included in your order.

 
PRODUCTS
  • What wax do you use?
I use 100% Eco Soy Wax. This is because I've found it to just be a general favourite of mine. Soy Wax is also environmentally friendly. I test all wax melts I make before sending the finish products to you! With using soy wax, comes the issue of "frosting" this is when the wax tries to recrystalize to it's original form creating a "frosting" look mostly on the back. These melts are still viable to use. If the frosting is too bad I do not sell however this is something that may come with my wax melts when purchased.
  • How does your website work?
From August 2020, the website will receive maintenance. Prior to August all my orders were "Made to Order" meaning once you ordered I would start making your orders. However this started to become stressful as the more orders I got and trying to get them to people as soon as possible. From August, there will be products "Ready to Order" meaning when you order they'll be ready to go that day (or by my next available postal day).
Please make sure you read the description of any product you are ordering as some may be pre-orders and/or some still made to order. Please remember I am a one woman business and doing this on my own, and wax making can take up to 1-7 days for utter perfection.
  • A product says it's out of stock but I can still order it, why is that?

This typically means it is on pre-order and made to order. You may be waiting longer for these products. This is rare I do this, but the item may be popular but I'm waiting on supplies/people want to claim the item when they can. If there is an error, I will contact you when I can.

  •  Is your packaging recycable?
 Yes 100%! I do include special box lining so please re-use that but it is recyclable too.
  • Are you vegan friendly?

All my products are vegan friendly. 

  • Are you CLP Compliant?
Yes I am! The European Regulation No Labelling 1272/2008 on Classification, Labelling and Package entered into force on 20th January 2009 in all EU Member States. You will find a CLP compliant sticker on the back of all my products. This contributes to dispatch waiting time.
